LEAD4Shirak and LEAD4Lori&amp;Tavush Projects are part of the Local Empowerment of Actors for Development (LEAD) Programme funded by the European Union. They both are based on the LEADER, which is a rural development methodology that bring the local authorities, the civil society organizations and the business sector together for the development of
