Lanjik’s Brides

“Lanjik’s Brides” is a community-driven initiative uniting women from the village of Lanjik in Armenia’s Shirak region to create an educational and production center focused on two key areas: vocational training and textile manufacturing.

The program aims to empower women in the community by increasing employment opportunities, generating income, and supporting overall socio-economic development. Within the framework of the initiative, a training center will be established to provide skill-building courses, open classes, and workshops, helping participants create high-quality textile products that meet local market demand.

The product range will include:
• bedding sets
• knitted and woven clothing
• home textiles
• evening dresses
• women’s underwear
• baby clothing sets

Alongside the production unit, a sewing school will operate, where experienced grandmothers will pass on their knowledge through traditional handcrafting techniques to the younger generation.

Our goal is to become a competitive, community-rooted brand that not only produces quality goods but also promotes women’s financial independence and the holistic development of the village.
